Quotes are based on the information and photos provided. If the volume, weight or type of waste is different on the day, we’ll confirm any price change with you before starting.

We can’t accept hazardous waste including chemicals, liquid paint, gas bottles, medical waste or asbestos (unless booked as a licensed asbestos job). Hazardous items found in a load may be returned or charged for separately.

Payment is due on completion unless an account has been arranged. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a call-out fee.

You confirm you have the right to dispose of the items you ask us to remove. We take care on every job and carry public liability insurance; please let us know about any fragile surfaces or access issues before we start.
