2. 💰 Pricing and Payment

• All quotes provided are free and non-binding until accepted.

• Prices are based on volume, labor, access, and disposal requirements.

• Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

• Any additional charges (e.g., difficult access, hazardous waste) will be discussed before the job begins.

3. 📅 Booking and Cancellations

• Clients may book via phone, website form, or email.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings if outside our service area or unsafe to proceed.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

• We aim to be punctual, but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the junk/removal site.

• Items that require disassembly or special handling must be disclosed during quoting.

• We reserve the right to decline removal of any item deemed unsafe, illegal, or restricted by law.

• Amigo Demolition & Removal is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or hidden hazards.

5. 🛑 Prohibited Items

We do not remove:

• Hazardous chemicals or flammable materials

• Explosives or biohazards

• Dead animals or medical waste

• Items prohibited by local disposal laws

For asbestos and other regulated materials, we are licensed and follow all safety protocols — but must be informed during booking.

6. 🔒 Privacy Policy

All personal information collected via our website or forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without your consent.

7. 📷 Photos & Media

We may take photos before/after your job for quality control or marketing. If you do not wish for your photos to be used, please notify us in writing before or during the service.

• Clients agree that Amigo Demolition & Removal is not liable for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

• Any claims must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
