Homes and sheds built before 1990 often contain asbestos in fibro sheeting, eaves, wet area linings and fences. When it’s disturbed, the fibres are a serious health risk, which is why Victorian law requires licensed removal.
Our removal follows WorkSafe Victoria requirements: the area is sealed, materials are wet down, wrapped and transported to a licensed facility, and you receive the disposal documentation and clearance paperwork.

How do I know if it's asbestos?
You can't tell by looking. A sample needs to be tested by an accredited lab. We can arrange this.
Can I remove asbestos myself?
In Victoria, homeowners can remove small amounts of non-friable asbestos under strict conditions, but it's risky. Licensed removal is the safe option.
Do you provide a clearance certificate?
Yes, clearance documentation is provided after removal where required.
