Full house demolitions need a building permit in Victoria. Small internal strip outs usually don't. We'll tell you what applies when we quote.
Do you remove asbestos?
Asbestos must be removed by a WorkSafe licensed removalist. Ask us about our licensed asbestos removal service.
How long does a strip out take?
Most kitchen or bathroom strip outs take one day, including removal.
