How long does a house demolition take?
Most single-storey homes take 1 to 2 weeks on site, after permits and disconnections are in place.
Who organises the permit?
We'll guide you through it and coordinate with your building surveyor.
What about asbestos?
Homes built before 1990 may contain asbestos. It must be surveyed and removed by a licensed removalist before demolition.
